On its neck, it wears a sumptuous jewel exclusively designed by Gripoix. This illustrious creator of Parisian couture jewellery, which has worked with the most prestigious couturiers, creates a real jewel for Guerlain: a bouquet of violets in crystalline glass paste, chiselled with fine 24k gold, which is wrapped around the bottle ’ s neck to scintillate at nightfall.

L'Heure Bleue was inspired by a fleeting impression in 1912. In its Extract version, an armful of carnations and neroli, refreshed by bergamot and an audacious anise note, gets wrapped up in a powdery breeze of iris and violet before settling into a bewitching base of vanilla, benzoin and tonka bean.
